1. Acceptance
By using WEARiT, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and our Subscription & Credit Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Using WEARiT
WEARiT helps users organise wardrobes, generate outfit suggestions, preview virtual Try-On images/videos and plan looks. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for using the app lawfully.
3. Your images and content
You must only upload images that you own or have permission to use. You must not upload images that violate another person’s privacy, rights, safety or dignity. You remain responsible for the content you submit to WEARiT.
4. AI-generated results
AI results may not always be accurate, complete, realistic or suitable for every situation. Outfit suggestions, fit impressions, wardrobe ratings and Try-On outputs are guidance only. You should use your own judgment before relying on any style, weather or fit suggestion.
5. Subscriptions, credits and purchases
Some WEARiT features use credits or require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play where applicable. Plans renew unless cancelled through your app store account settings. See our Subscription & Credit Terms for more detail.
Refunds, cancellations and billing disputes are generally handled by the app store through which the purchase was made.
6. Prohibited use
You must not misuse WEARiT, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, upload harmful content, abuse AI features, infringe rights, or use the app for unlawful purposes.
7. Service availability
We work to keep WEARiT available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, pause or be removed as the product develops.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, WEARiT is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not responsible for indirect losses, style decisions, third-party service outages, app store issues, or AI results that do not meet your expectations.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as WEARiT changes. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
Shopping Suggestions
WEARiT may provide shopping suggestions to help users fill wardrobe gaps. These suggestions may be based on your wardrobe items, selected occasion, weather needs, and style preferences.
Some shopping links may be affiliate links. This means WEARiT may earn a commission if you choose to buy through those links, at no extra cost to you. You are responsible for reviewing the retailer’s product details, pricing, delivery terms, returns policy, and suitability before making a purchase.
