Common help topics

My subscription is not showing

Open the app, go to the credits or account area, and use Restore Purchases if available. If it still does not show, email support with your account email and app store receipt reference if available.

Credits look wrong

Refresh the app and check again. If the issue remains, contact support with your account email, plan name and the action you performed before the balance changed.

Try-On failed

Try again with a clear full-body image and stable internet connection. If credits were affected incorrectly, contact support with your account email and the time of the request.

How do I delete my account?

Use the Delete Account page or the deletion option inside the app if available.
